- fresh ravioli handmade by us (as all our pasta)
- the filling of chopped pear, cheese, pine nuts and amaretto
- sauce mixed cheese and gorgonzola.
The road was beaten, just needed the courage to pursue it!
Numerous tests, for the combination of raw materials so far and a taste so revolutionary, that at the beginning there totally convinced.
We have worked hard to ensure that he did not feel overbearing now the sweetness of the fruit, now the flavor of gorgonzola. Lacked that junction point between the one and the other that would make this dish a balance of flavors that they hug in one melody.
