Coming from two generations of restaurateurs, we can say that Massimo has the “restaurant in the blood”, despite the beginning had taken a completely different path.
For this reason he abandoned his early thirties, the “job” as an engineer at a major multinational in Milan, to follow his dream and desire was to open his own restaurant and continue the family tradition.
His pleasure and greater purpose is to see his customers happy by offering them a genuine cuisine, ranging from classic flavors of traditional to the most contemporary and unusual, and service a lot of details. And when he sees their regular customers who return every week or those foreigners who come back every year, you know you have hit the target and this rewards him and motivates him to do even better.
