{"id":1819,"date":"2024-05-06T19:11:53","date_gmt":"2024-05-06T17:11:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vecchiarapallo.com\/en\/?page_id=1819"},"modified":"2024-05-06T19:13:03","modified_gmt":"2024-05-06T17:13:03","slug":"cooking-competition","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.vecchiarapallo.com\/en\/cooking-competition\/","title":{"rendered":"Cooking Competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Number of participants: minimum 4 \u2013 maximum 8<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Starting time: 10.00<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipes object of the challenge that each participant will have to prepare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mortar pesto<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Walnut sauce in the mortar<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Dessert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>and a wine tasting (3 Ligurian wines)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation of recipes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Each participant will have a table with all the equipment, ingredients and datasheets (containing the ingredients and steps) to prepare the recipes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Each participant will have 10 minutes to study the recipe and another 15 minutes to prepare it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The dishes will be prepared one at a time and at the end of each preparation our chefs will taste and give a rating per dish from 1 to 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wine tasting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>at the end of the preparation of the dishes we will move on to the wine tasting. Three wines will be placed in 3 anonymous but numbered decanters. Participants will be provided with a datasheet for each wine. After the tasting, participants will have to match the number of the decanter to the wine.
